Leadership Cohort

You Do Not Have to Figure It Out Alone.

Leadership can become isolating, especially when you are the person others look to for answers. The Leadership Thinking Cohort creates a space for educational leaders to step outside the day-to-day demands of the work and focus intentionally on their own growth.

This is not another leadership course filled with presentations and assignments. It is a reflective, personalized experience built around meaningful conversations, individual coaching, practical application, and the challenges you are actually facing as a leader.

The goal is not to give you someone else's formula for leadership.

It is to help you become more intentional about your own.

Reflect. Grow. Lead.

What Makes the Cohort Different?

Individualized Coaching
Each participant receives dedicated time to focus on their own leadership journey, challenges, goals, and professional growth.

Reflection and Application
Leadership development becomes meaningful when it connects to real work. Participants reflect on their practice, explore new perspectives, and apply their thinking to authentic leadership situations.

Connection and Community
Leadership can feel isolating. The cohort creates opportunities to connect with other educational leaders, share experiences, challenge thinking, and learn from one another.

Who Is This For?Who Is the Leadership Cohort For?

The Leadership Thinking Cohort is designed for educational leaders who are ready to invest time in their own growth.

It may be a good fit if you are:

  • An aspiring leader preparing for your first administrative opportunity

  • A current administrator navigating the complexity of leadership

  • Considering your next professional move

  • Feeling stuck, depleted, or uncertain about what comes next

  • Looking to strengthen your confidence and leadership voice

  • Seeking a reflective space outside of your own organization

  • Interested in growing without losing the qualities that make your leadership uniquely yours

You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from coaching. Sometimes the best time to think about your leadership is before you have to.

Interested in a Future Leadership Cohort?

Leadership Thinking cohorts are intentionally kept small so that the experience remains personal, reflective, and responsive to the leaders participating.

If you are interested in joining a future cohort, share a little about yourself, where you are in your leadership journey, and what you hope to gain from the experience.
